I wouldn’t recommend this company!! Our builder used this company to landscape our new built home that we moved into in Oct 2017. We contacted company during warranty period to let them know several plants died. Understandable that this issue couldn't be taken care of during winter months. But, someone from company finally came out June 1 2018 and took notes on which plants they were going to replace. We were told they would be back out to replace within a week or so. That was almost 3 months ago! We call the company and if they answer, we are told the same thing "I'll try and get there by next week", which never happens. When they don't show at the time we were told they would be out, no one from the company calls to let us know they are not coming nor does anyone call to reschedule. Therefore, we have to call to check status and at this time, no one answers the phone and they don't return messages we leave to call us back concerning rescheduling. We are going on 10 months since the company was aware of plants needing to be replaced. If we knew that this company was like this, we would have told builder to use another company or we would have found another company to landscape our home! Gave a 1 star as there was not a choice for a 0 star.
