I used A.T. Tavarez for over a year for lawn maintenance and spring/fall cleanup. I won't be using them going forward, and I would not recommend them to friends, associates or acquaintances. This fall, I had a problem with field mice in my basement. The exterminator I use told me that he was certain the point of entry was a well window at the back of my house. The exterminator told me to have the debris removed so that he could use foam and sealant around the window frame. Kenny Tavarez told me that he would remove all debris from this well window in connection with the fall cleanup, and I paid him for it. He did the fall cleanup without removing the debris. I was not able to get a hold of him to schedule another appointment for him to remove the debris. I wound up renting a commercial vacuum and doing it myself. The other landscaping work AT Tavarez did was good, but having a contractor lie to you like this is a real deal breaker for me.
