The company representative Richard Kurucz with his assistant came promptly to my house to take the measurements and on the spot agreed on the price. I assured Richard the business pending the start date after I complete my driveway. Once the driveway completed I contacted the company again and dealt with the owner Marko Babic who demonstrated rude and arrogant attitude over the phone by putting the blame on me for not calling him earlier. when I explained the deal I had with Richard; Marko rudely started to state that he runs the business and he changed the deal. I agreed with Richard to have grade 1 top soil, Marko informed me that he would deliver Grade 2 instead and will not honor what Richard promised to deliver. In addition, Marko added $250 to the agreed price. Long story short, the leadership of this company lacks professionalism, manner and ethical business conduct. I would never recommend this company to anyone as the person who is running the business is rude, not trust-worthy and arrogant. I think one star is far too much for an arrogant business owner like Better Image Landscape owner.
