While Jonathan, the young owner, is nice and polite, his service is horrible and unreliable. He only charges $50 a month to mow your lawn, but there are weeks it does not get done. There are promises that he will send a contractor out the next day, and they never show. He did my parents yard for 6-9 months and they broke sprinkler head after sprinkler head and would never do a quality job of fixing them. He does not communicate when he is not able to service your yard - you are left to constantly follow-up with him. Finally, after the last time that we were stood up and our yard went 10 days untouched in the Florida rainy season, I let me know we could not continue doing business. He refused to refund me the rest of the month....even though it was his company that did not hold up his side of the deal (mow once a week). Very disappointing...
