I sought the services of Next Step Up Lawn Care because I wanted professionals to take care of my yard work. I work full time and can't spare the time to do it myself. I went with them because I was referred to them by my real estate agent shortly after moving into the area.

First it took them several days to get back to me after I initially called them up and left a voice mail acquiring their services. After hammering out the details of what I wanted, they told me when they would show up to do the yard work and would call me when they were on their way. They told me the work I required would take 2-3 days. The first day they were supposed to show up, they failed to show up and didn't even call me to notify me of such. Little did I know this would be par for the course with this company. Every time they failed to show up, I had to constantly call them back and all I kept hearing were one excuse after another as to why they couldn't show up to finish the job. When they did show up they would constantly do a half ass job and not do the things I asked them to do on multiple occasions. After a week of excuses, they still never completed the work I asked of them. I got tired of them and got rid of them and went with a guy by the name of Tim Dove. He was wonderful. It took his crew 30 mins to do the work Next Step Up couldn't do in a week. He was prompt, professional and did what was asked. I will go with him for here on out.
