I am actually reviewing based upon customer service... I was extremely disappointed by the customer service. Our lawn mower died so I had been checking around for estimates and when the owner found that I might POSSIBLY be interested in one time only, he refused and said he was not interested.

when I complained and explained that our mower worked, I considered what he did was bad customer service (i work in the customer service industry myself, i consider what he did to be exceptionally pompous and rude), it was presumptuous to assume that this would not come to contract... and it certainly would not now...
he responded with this:


"do not talk down to me because I wont cut your grass one time,I am not your "lawn boy" that you can use because your mower broke,I could care less about what you think, I have plenty of good customers and dont need your business."



Says enough?

perhaps if you want a contract with vintage lawn care you will get a better response... if not? Good luck!!!
