I am a former employee and they way I was treated when new management came in was very poor. Jeff is very poor in his position he talks like he knows his job and doesn't even know or how to do his job to begin with. Some of the employees are good workers others just take the easy way out. I wouldn't recommend anyone applying for this job or get services. John and lupe are great bosses Guy also. The owner who is hardly there acts like he knows what's going on but only sits and collects his money. He barley knows any of his 6 maybe workers. It's easy to sit at a desk and push some paper work and drive around and look at property. But to have your hands dirty and spill the same sweat is a lot different. I worked there for over 3 months. I didn't get my review it kept getting pushed back i got sick I took them a doctors note and I was let go when I got back. For breaking a handle to a blower not a big deal and not wearing my employee sweater because it was soaked in rain and snow so I put on my rain jacket I bought which was a North Face. If you choose this company be very very careful
