I WOULD WARN all who are considering doing business with KEITH SHERIFF. He was hired by my parents to do landscaping work on their new home and he added THOUSANDS of EXTRA CHARGES to original bid stating things went over. After measuring we found he was NOT HONEST with his totals and EXAGGERATED MATERIALS, TIME, and other FEES to up his bill. The concrete work was of poor quality and portions had to be replaced leaving varying sizes and color issues…. it looks terrible! I could not find any license on him either. After speaking with others this is not an isolated experience and all we spoke with would tell you NOT TO DO BUSINESS with this company.

In May 2013 Keith Sheriff suggested a regrade to the front of the house area, remove part of the existing driveway, and replace it with concrete. After paying him a deposit for this work, I learned that his proposal was against the subdivision's rules. No work had been done, and I requested the deposit back. He refused. It didn't matter to him that the work would not have been allowed. I gave him a good faith deposit towards the work, no work had been done, but he kept my money.
