When they began they were okay, not great, but okay. But then they steadily declined in the little quality they had, and would miss parts of the yard, or not fully clean up leaving debris and clippings on the pavement and street.

They broke a windows, and took 3 weeks before that was fully resolved. I had cut them a huge amount of slack, because it could have just been bad luck. But when the second window broke I was glad to let them go.

They are not very professional, and will disparage your yard or anything that is not to their own liking. I don't know why I put up with that for so long, it is not professional. My yard is not for their pleasure or pay check, but for me, and if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all.

I would recommend you hire someone else, there are other companies at their price point, hire them instead.
