Brandon McCulloch, owner of Brandon's Landscape Service, advertises 100% satisfaction guaranteed; however, as I have regrettably discovered this is a paper guarantee only. I contracted with Brandon in writing for 2 stone flower bed borders, for which he provided the pictures, 3 stone tree rings, white rock flower beds, a 5' trunk Windmill palm tree ($750.00!), other minimal assorted perennials, and removal of the existing plants in the bed. His fee was a whopping $6800.00, which he needed in advance for his expenses, and I lamentably paid. What I got was 2 flower beds of river rock, which I expressly stated in writing that I did not want, no rock borders, a palm tree that can't be more than 3' tall, and half dead annuals. The only plus is that I did get the rock tree rings. The beds look horrible. They look cheap, which they certainly were not, and poorly done. I have made every possible effort to get Brandon to honor his contract, which he flatly refuses to do. As I have everything in writing I find this curious. I had hoped to not have to pursue this further, but based on his last text message of; "Ok. We can go to court!" it is clear that I will have no other choice.
