BEWARE OF Primarily Ponds , the Cutting Crew! I got ripped off thousands of dollars! This company failed to back a warranty on broken pond pump. After installation, in front of witnesses I had asked the owner whether the installation was complete. He stated it was “good to go” and offered no professional advice as to how to complete the installation. Upon informing this company that the pump was broken, the owner came over to inspect it then admitted that “I don’t know what I am looking at”. He then told me to ship it to the company, myself and refused to give me the receipt or address for the manufacturer of the pump. I made a huge financial mistake trusting this company.
