If you want to hire a company that DOES NOT know how to build a level retaining wall these guys a perfect for the job. Owner Doug just wants a quick check without taking pride in craftsmanship.

I hired them for a pretty simple project and I sure do regret it. Hopefully this review can save someone from making the same mistake I did.

They were to build a retaining wall in front of a deck then make a level pad to lay pavers. After day 1, the retaining wall to hold the pad was noticeably sagging in the middle and wasn't close to being level. In fact it was pitch in a way that water would puddle in the middle or run into the house. Both are not good options.

I immediately called Doug the owner to express my concern. He just brushed off my phone called and continued to finish the job half ass with every excuse in the book to not redo the wall. I asked him to fix the wall 3 times and he refused. Miller Landscaping displays lazy workmanship and is unwilling to listen to customer concerns.

I ripped out their work to redo things correctly so I don't get water build up. I hope you enjoy the cash Doug and maybe on your next job you guys can learn to use a level. Check out pictures here.
