Raymonds Lawn care use to be an excellent business with fair prices and outstanding service. But 3-5 years ago a number of things have really turned me off of their service and both my mom and I had to fire them for separate instances of disregard for customer comments.
1) The hired help started scalping my lawn, insistent upon mowing it so low the grass was exposed to the hot sun and died because whatever moisture was left evaporates in the summer hot sun when there were clear drought warnings on lawn sprinklers. I had called them to complain 4-5 times before I simply had to let them go and mow it myself. The owner/manager seemed to have an "I don't care" attitude and kept on stating that it's the standard height they mow. (about 1" off the ground)
2) The hired help had appeared to have rammed their lawn mower up against the back fenced in gate, causing the lock, the door frame and the the hinges to break. Her complaints were again ignored and she finally found someone else so she fired them.

Overall, I am genuinely disappointed. I do not understand how a privately owned business who use to be service oriented just got in the way of their own ego and started justifying damaging owner property for seemingly no reason.
