Little Twig Tree Service was contracted by my neighbor in August of 2015 to remove a large tree on her property. After two days of work Little Twig had the majority of the tree down and two large piles of debris. One of the piles in my neighbor's yard and the other in mine. At that point they took one load and left. They have yet to come back and it has been 10 days and counting. I have called at least once a day over that 10 day span but if you call their phone number, listed on their business address (217) 936-2608 the phone just rings endlessly (there is no answering or voice messaging service). I cannot mow my side yard and my grass is dying. This is very unprofessional considering I didn't even contract them and they never asked if they could pile the debris in my yard (of which I would have let them if they were going to pick it up in a reasonable amount of time). I spoke with my neighbor and they did speak with a representative of Little Twig who told them; "they had a large backlog of other jobs" so who knows when they will make it back. I would not recommend using this contractor just based on their lack of communication and not finishing one job before starting others.
