Showed every week, but did not do everything I hired them for. When confronted, refused to do it. Last week refused to cut back yard. Did not blow everything or use Root Kill where they were supposed to(I paid extra to have this done). Constantly complained about coming to beach. Called today to see if they were coming and was informed they had changed my day. Also required pre-pay. DO NOT EVER PRE-PAY!

We used Chalk Line for over 10 years. While they were lacking in a few areas (trimming), they were always good about showing up every week, without fail. We moved to a new home within the same neighborhood and were paying them on a monthly basis. We paid in advance. He drove by 2 weeks straight without bothering to get out of his vehicle saying that the grass didn't need to be cut. I asked him to come and mow the grass. He refused, then he left a note on the mailbox stating that he wasn't returning. He did not return our money, and we paid for absolutely nothing. DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE.

RUN ... they took our money and Lied to us. If you are not physically there to supervise them do not trust them, they are unreliable. This was a second home for us and we trusted them to do the work we paid for. Don't make the same mistake we did.
