    Rudy never finished the work that was promised and was dishonest. He would tell you one price, then raise the price upon arrival. Never on time for meetings.. always 2 hours late. Would def. recommend getting a contract because he will change the price at any given time and always thinks he is right. When you pay him make sure to keep your receipts!
