Larry Moulton is a thief. A-1 Tree Service, which he claims he owns, only likes to work for cash. He gave me a price quote of 1600 dollars along with a sob story that he was on a kidney donation list. Which I could'nt find about nor was he even on dialysis. But he told me that he needed the money before he finished the job cause of mounting medical bills with himself and wife. So I paid in full and he took off. Gone! I have called him over 12 times and he hasnt returned to do the work. This is the classic bait and switch scheme. He has many business names. Larry Moulton is his name. Business names are A-1 Tree Service, A-1 Stump Removal Services, Tree Services Inc., just name a few. He also has in excess of 3 phone numbers for his businesses. Stay far far away from this guy.
