Joel Rakestraw is nothing short of a criminal con-man!! He quoted me one price then charged me double when it came time to collect. He did a terrible job. DO NOT USE HIM!!!!!

This guy is rude! His service was rushed! He took advantage of me and charged 150.00 for a small front yard and limited sides on the side of my gate! He rushed!!!!!!!!! He used a ride on lawn mower in a very small yard... He rode threw all my flowers chopped all the heads off. All the residue from the grass was left and as a newly pregnant mother I have to now stand in blazing hot weather and rake the trash out of my yard. Its so much residue my husband and I will have to tag team to get it all up. My yard looks like we are getting ready to plant crops with all mower tracks in it!!!! He was pushy!!! He rushed!!! He was rude and all because my husband wasn't home he took complete advantage and we had a another company come give a quote right after he left and the other company explained the yard cost should have been no more than 60.00!!!! He did not fulfill the agreement of everything he was supposed to cut and he rushed and got his money and left! Refused to come back and fix his errors. He looked at our home and cars and decided to raise the prices to make a quick buck.... Will be reporting him to the BBB!!! Don't ever use his company!
