Friendly, polite, reliable, artistic, knowledgeable, and innovative are just a few accolades I can give to UCL. In addition, I was impressed with the attention to detail that Doug used in his proposal so that I felt certain that I was going to get what I paid for and there would be no surprises. Doug also uses many plants from his own nursery, so when I say this man is knowledgeable, I mean it!
