After three seasons of using Elite Turf of Duncan, SC my lawn looked worse than when they started. I cancelled the service thinking that was the end of it. To my surprise, the owner of Elite Turf, Jeff, called me to tell me that my lawn issues were all my fault. What a silly thing to tell a customer of three years. He could have not called at all, called to thank me for the business and wish me luck; or do as Jeff did and choose to call me and be confrontational on the phone. With the many lawn services available in the Greenville SC area, I would urge any prospective customer to seek service elsewhere. Who gets confrontational with their customer? I would rate this company and Jeff as a big fat ZERO.
